My name is Craig Caracozza I am a Certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and have been a personal trainer in New Jersey for over 10+ years. I attended William Patterson University majoring in Physical Education, with a minor in Exercise Physiology.
I’ve been passionate about health and fitness my entire life. In 2001, after being diagnosed and treated for stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma I become even more focused on the importance of maintaining a healthy mind and body. For the next few years, health and fitness played a critical role in my life as I battled against cancer and endlessly studied nutrition, wellness and fitness so that I could keep my body at the highest levels of health.
In 2003, after two years of intensive treatment at Cornell and Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital in New York, I successful beat cancer and dedicated my life to health and fitness. I then spent the next 8 years working at New York Sports Club as a personal trainer until 2011.
In 2012 I started C-Results Fitness, fulfilling my dream, where I am dedicated to assisting anyone who wants to change their life through health and fitness. I believe by giving clients the proper tools, they can not only achieve their goals, but exceed them.
I am certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, I am certified as a TRX instructor, RIP Trainer, Kettelbell Instructor and Pre/Post Natal Fitness.
I’m available for personal training in your home, office, park or private gym throughout New Jersey and New York City. My specialties include weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, Kettlebell training, TRX/suspension training, core strengthening, bridal boot camps and pre/post natal workouts.

I’ve had experience training clients from age 11 through 72 and I will work with you every step of the way, while holding you accountable to reach the highest levels of health and fitness.
